Seedance Video Creator Application

We run a portfolio of AI-influencer brands. We're hiring an AI Video Creator who's strong with Seedance 2.5 to make videos of our AI characters, reporting to our Team Leader. Our main video tool works the same way as Seedance 2.5, so your skills carry over from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create videos of our AI characters: short clips and longer, fully edited videos
• Build each video from start to finish, from the first image to the final edit
• Keep every character looking the same across all images and videos
• Follow our SOPs

WHO YOU ARE

• You're strong with Seedance 2.5 and can show videos you made with it
• You know the core methods: text-to-image, image-to-image, image-to-video and reference-to-video
• Basic video editing is a must (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar)
• Handson Experience with WAN, Seedream, or local models with LoRAs (for example in ComfyUI)
• You can explain how you made something, step by step, not just show the result
• Good written and spoken English

SCHEDULE & PAY

• Full-time and remote: 8 hours a day, 7 days a week
• $600 per month base pay, paid twice a month
• Long-term role. Shortlisted applicants do a short test and a short call.
