Full-Time Video Editor — Podcasts, YouTube & Shorts | AUD $3,000–$5,000/month

Success School is hiring an experienced full-time video editor based in the Philippines.

PAY: AUD $3,000–$5,000 per month (approximately PHP ₱130,400–₱217,300 at AUD 1 = PHP 43.47 as of 4 October 2026; exchange rates vary), depending on experience and ability. Remote, full-time.

THE WORK
Edit two podcasts and two YouTube videos each week, plus additional short-form content for Reels, Shorts and TikTok against an agreed weekly plan. As soon as footage is submitted, edited videos must be returned within 24 hours. Start promptly, take ownership and quality-check every export.

You will shape hooks and storytelling, edit multicam footage, clean and balance audio, correct colour, add captions, B-roll, graphics, music and sound design, and identify compelling short-form moments. Keep project files organised, apply feedback accurately and communicate blockers early with a recommended solution.

WHO WE NEED
A strong portfolio across podcasts, long-form YouTube and short-form video; professional editing software skills; excellent English comprehension; attention to detail; reliable computer and fast internet with a backup plan; and availability for full-time work with agreed team overlap.
