Virtual Assistant – Short and Long-Form Content Editor

Hi! I’m Tayla, and I’m looking for a creative, reliable Virtual Assistant to help me become more consistent with TikTok and long-form content.

I have lots of ideas and footage, but not always enough time to turn everything into finished content. I’m looking for someone who can help take those ideas out of my head (and out of my camera roll 😂) and turn them into cute, engaging, polished videos.

I’d love for this to become a collaborative working relationship where you learn my style and we can bounce ideas off each other not just a “send task → complete task” relationship.

What You’ll Help With

Your main focus will be video editing and content support, including:

• Editing TikToks, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Occasionally editing longer YouTube/podcast content
• Adding captions, text, music, graphics, transitions, sound effects, etc.
• Keeping edits current with social media trends
• Repurposing footage into multiple pieces of content
• Helping brainstorm hooks, captions, scripts, and content ideas
• Organizing and transferring videos/files through Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or similar tools

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Understand TikTok and short-form content
• Have a creative eye and know how to make content feel cute, fun, and engaging
• Use CapCut
• Are comfortable handling and transferring large files
• Have good written English and communicate reliably
• Can follow direction but are also comfortable suggesting your own ideas
• Have some experience or interest in storytelling/scriptwriting
• Pay attention to detail and meet agreed-upon deadlines

You do not need 10 years of experience. I care much more about creativity, communication, reliability, and whether we work well together.

Hours

This will begin as a part-time role, with the possibility of growing over time.

I’m located in the United States, but I’m flexible about when you complete your work. What matters most to me is communication and meeting agreed-upon deadlines.
