ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a skilled gaming video editor with strong MMO/MMORPG experience to join our gaming content team.

You’ll mainly cover PC and mobile games, with a strong focus on MMOs/MMORPGs, including upcoming releases, betas, updates, guides, class content, reviews, news, and other gaming topics.

This is not just an editing position.

You’ll be expected to understand the games you’re covering, research them properly, follow their updates, play when required, and record original gameplay that accurately supports the video.

You’ll work with our content team to turn video concepts and briefs into complete YouTube videos.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Edit long-form YouTube gaming videos with strong openings, storytelling, pacing, visuals, and clean audio.
• Cover PC and mobile games, primarily MMOs/MMORPGs.
• Research games, systems, updates, classes, events, patches, and other relevant topics.
• Play games when needed to properly understand the content.
• Record original gameplay using OBS or similar software.
• Collect relevant official footage, screenshots, trailers, gameplay, and other media when required.
• Use AI tools to assist with research, scripting, and voice generation.
• Review scripts and research before editing and catch factual mistakes instead of blindly trusting AI output.
• Make sure gameplay, terminology, characters, classes, systems, and on-screen information match the correct game/version.
• Follow official announcements, patch notes, developer updates, and community discussions.
• Keep project files, footage, research, and assets organized.
• Meet deadlines and communicate progress, questions, or problems early.
• Work together with the other editors as one team, sharing useful information, research, footage, and knowledge when needed.

Playing, researching, collecting media, and recording gameplay are considered part of the job — not only the final editing.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• MMO/MMORPG gaming experience is highly important.
• You should actively play or have good knowledge of MMO/MMORPG games.
• Comfortable covering both PC and mobile games.
• Strong gaming or YouTube editing portfolio.
• Experience editing long-form YouTube videos.
• Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro, or comparable editing software.
• Experience recording gameplay with OBS or similar software.
• A PC capable of playing and recording modern games at good quality.
• Reliable internet for transferring large video/project files.
• Good English comprehension.
• Strong communication.
• Good research skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable with deadlines and long-term commitments.
• Willing to learn new games rather than only working on games you already know.

AI SKILLS & TOOLS

Experience using tools such as:

• ChatGPT
• Claude
• Perplexity
• ElevenLabs

is strongly preferred.

We provide the required AI subscriptions, software/licenses, and game access/subscriptions needed for assigned projects.

You need to know how to use AI as a tool — not blindly copy whatever AI generates.

ACCURACY IS A CORE REQUIREMENT

Our audience understands these games, and inaccurate information can damage the channel’s credibility.

You’ll be expected to verify important information using:

• The game itself
• Official websites and announcements
• Patch notes
• Developer information
• Reliable community sources
• Multiple sources when necessary

If something is unclear or cannot be confirmed, ask the team instead of guessing.

We value editors who catch problems before the video is published, accept feedback, and avoid repeating the same mistakes.

WHAT WE OFFER

Compensation includes three parts:

• Monthly Salary — fixed monthly salary clearly stated in your contract.
• Monthly Performance Bonus — additional earnings based on agreed video-performance targets.
• Sponsorship Revenue Share — percentage of sponsorship revenue from eligible sponsored videos/projects you work on.

We also provide the necessary AI tools, software subscriptions, licenses, and game access/subscriptions required for assigned work.

This is intended to be a long-term position for the right person.
