Pay: $800-$2,400+/month (depending on relevant experience and demonstrated skill)
Hours: 40 hours/week (agreed shift within 8-AM-6 PM Pacific Time)

Ascend Prime Wealth helps entrepreneurs and small businesses secure funding for growth.
We are looking for a tech genius and skilled systems builder to work directly with our founder to enhance our marketing, sales, team operations, and client experience.

Initial Priorities

• Meta Pixel: Ensure Facebook pixel is properly installed and tracking within GoHighLevel. (Extremely important)
• Funnels & Landing Pages: Optimize layouts, links, forms, calendars, and tracking connections.
• Messaging & Workflows: Enhance nurture sequences and pipeline automation triggers.
• Opportunities & Sales Pipeline: Verify stage transitions and trigger appropriate automated actions based on timing/bucket.
• Helping us Vibe-Code custom software for our systems and operations

AI Philosophy & Accuracy Expectations

• A.I. as an Accelerator: We leverage AI tools (Claude, GPT, Manus) to speed up research, writing, and coding, but we do NOT rely on unmonitored AI output.

• Human Oversight & Verification: Because this is a highly sensitive position, every workflow, pixel snippet, and automation MUST be tested and verified by a human. Small errors can disrupt revenue systems.

What you’ll do

• GoHighLevel: Build automations, pipelines, booking flows, and deal stage triggers.
• Websites & Funnels: Duplicate, optimize, and audit design, links, forms, calendars, and tracking.
• Meta Tracking: Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel/CAPI, conversion events, and retargeting connections.
• Notion Workspaces: Build organized workspaces for internal teams and private client portals.
• Messaging: Write natural-sounding email and SMS nurture sequences.
• A.I. Integration: Use Claude & GPT to research, write, build faster, and rigorously test results.

You’ll fit well if

• You have hands-on experience with GHL, Notion, and importantly - Meta tracking.
• You learn quickly and can figure things out independently.
• Your English is strong, both written and spoken.
• You test your work before calling it finished.
• You understand how one wrong setting can affect an entire system.
• You communicate early, keep commitments, and take responsibility when something needs fixing.
• Experience supporting a 7-, 8-, or 9-figure business is strongly preferred.
• Tell us what you personally built or managed. Canva and a strong eye for design are also helpful.
