I am looking for a capable marketer to help me promote an affiliate program featuring a high-converting, top-tier software product.

• MY OFFER TO YOU: Guaranteed Hourly Rate + 5% Commission on Sales.
• HOW THE ECONOMICS WORK: The program pays 40% total on sales. From that, I pay your base hourly salary + a 5% performance commission on the sales you bring in.
• TRIAL PERIOD: We will start with a 1-week trial (paid) to see how we work together and evaluate fit.
• CAPACITY: I currently have budget for 1 or 2 workers right now, with the potential to open up more spots in December.
