About the Role

Shah Equity is looking for a Financial Services Recruiter with existing contacts or experience in recruiting/referring individuals for brokerage-account, trading, financial-services, or similar representative roles.

This position is specifically for someone who already has connections to people in the United States who have experience with brokerage accounts, authorized representative arrangements, nominee/representative roles, or situations where another party manages trading activity.

You will use your existing professional contacts and network to identify potentially qualified U.S. citizens who may be interested in Shah Equity's opportunities.

What You'll Do
Use your existing professional network to identify potential candidates.
Contact people who may have relevant brokerage, trading, or financial-services experience.
Refer qualified and interested candidates to Shah Equity.
Explain the general opportunity using approved Shah Equity information.
Provide Shah Equity with accurate candidate contact information.
Help connect interested candidates with the appropriate Shah Equity representative.
Maintain communication with Shah Equity regarding your referrals.
Follow Shah Equity's recruiting and referral procedures.
Who We're Looking For

This position is particularly suited for someone who has previously:

Recruited or referred people for brokerage-account-related roles.
Recruited or referred individuals for trading or financial-services positions.
Worked with authorized representatives or similar financial-services arrangements.
Recruited individuals who allowed another authorized party or company to manage trading activity in their brokerage account under a legitimate arrangement.
Worked with nominee, representative, or similar administrative structures.
Has direct contacts with U.S. citizens who have experience in these areas.
Has an established network of financial-services, trading, brokerage, or investment professionals.

Direct experience and established contacts in this area are strongly preferred.

Important

This is a referral/recruiting position, not a trading position.

You will not be responsible for managing brokerage accounts, making trades, managing investments, or providing investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

All candidates will be contacted and evaluated by Shah Equity before any onboarding takes place.

Recruiters must accurately represent the opportunity and may not make promises or guarantees regarding acceptance, compensation, trading results, or financial outcomes.

Compensation
$300 USD (approximately ₱18,800 PHP) per successful referral/onboarding
Paid weekly
Commission-based; no salary or hourly base pay
Compensation is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes the required onboarding and is verified as a qualifying referral.
No guaranteed earnings.
Requirements
Previous recruiting, referral, sales, networking, or financial-services experience preferred.
Existing professional contacts in the U.S. financial-services or trading community strongly preferred.
Ability to identify potentially qualified candidates.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to follow approved recruiting and referral procedures.
Professional and reliable communication.
