TIKTOK LIVE CREATOR ACQUISITION MANAGER

ProMark Media is building a dedicated Philippines Creator Acquisition Division and is looking for an experienced and results-driven TikTok LIVE Creator Acquisition Manager to lead and grow our recruitment team.

You will initially manage a team of 5 TikTok LIVE Creator Acquisition Specialists, with the opportunity to expand the team as performance and business needs grow.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Philippines Creator Acquisition team
• Drive daily TikTok LIVE creator prospecting and recruitment
• Coach recruiters on outreach, communication, and conversion strategies
• Set and monitor individual and team KPIs
• Review recruitment pipelines and identify areas for improvement
• Track daily and weekly team performance
• Improve creator outreach and conversion rates
• Ensure recruitment quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance check-ins
• Provide training, guidance, and feedback to recruiters
• Monitor recruiter activity and ensure targets are being followed
• Prepare performance reports for ProMark leadership
• Identify recruitment challenges and implement solutions
• Assist with team expansion and onboarding as the operation grows

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following:

• TikTok LIVE or Creator Networks
• Livestreaming agencies
• Creator or influencer acquisition
• Recruitment management
• High-volume outbound sales
• Lead generation
• Social media acquisition
• Team leadership or performance management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Comfortable managing a remote team
• Strong communication and coaching abilities
• Highly organized and comfortable working with KPIs and trackers
• Results-driven and accountable
• Able to identify performance issues and provide practical solutions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
• Experience managing recruiters, sales representatives, or acquisition teams is highly preferred
• TikTok LIVE or livestreaming industry experience is a strong advantage

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your main goal will be to build a high-performing creator acquisition team that consistently identifies, engages, and converts qualified TikTok LIVE creators.

You will work closely with ProMark leadership to improve recruitment processes, strengthen team performance, maintain recruitment quality, and help scale our Philippines acquisition operation.
