B2B Cold Email Lead Generation Specialist (Remote | Contract Hourly)

This is an exciting opportunity to own the outbound engine of a growing business-funding company. My company helps business owners access up to $200,000 in 0% business credit. I'm looking for an experienced cold email specialist to build and run my entire outbound system from scratch and fill my calendar with qualified calls.

What you'll do

Infrastructure: buy domains, set up inboxes (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365), and configure them.
Warm-up and deliverability: warm up inboxes properly and keep email s landing in the inbox, not spam.
Lead sourcing: build targeted B2B lists of US business owners from Apollo and similar tools, and verify every email before sending.
Campaigns: write, test and improve cold email sequences and follow-ups.
Volume: send 500–1,000 email s per day across the inbox setup.
Replies: handle responses and send interested prospects to my funnel (short video → qualification survey → calendar).
Goal: 10–15 booked calls per month.
Organization: keep a clean tracker of every domain, inbox, campaign, lead list and result.
Reporting: short daily, weekly and monthly summaries.
Compliance: follow CAN-SPAM, with real sender details, a physical address, and opt-outs honored.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on B2B cold email experience. This is a must.
Proven experience buying domains and setting up and warming inboxes yourself.
Experience sending at least 500 email s per day while protecting deliverability.
Strong with Apollo plus a sending platform (Instantly, Smartlead or similar).
Proof of results: case studies, dashboard screenshots or references showing reply rates and booked calls.
Highly organized, with excellent written English.
Reliable internet and power, and some overlap with US Eastern business hours.
Nice to have: experience in financial services or business funding, Clay, GoHighLevel.

Setup and pay

100% remote, hourly, paid weekly (rate agreed before starting).
Domains, inboxes and tools are purchased under Rosario Funding's accounts. You get your own logins.
