Creator Outreach & Onboarding Assistant

Hello, we run a clothing brand, and need someone reliable and organized to help bring creators into our paid monthly partnership program.

You’ll help move creators through the full onboarding process, from the first TikTok DM to discussing rates, setting up Instagram group chats, getting contracts signed, and handing them over to our creator management team.

We’re looking for someone interested in a long-term role.

Your responsibilities:

Reach out to approved creators and manage replies.

Prepare rate proposals using our guidelines and submit them for management approval.

Send approved offers and handle negotiations with the team’s guidance.

Follow up with interested creators and keep conversations moving.

Create Instagram group chats and collect the details needed for their contracts.

Customize our contract template with the agreed rates, posting schedule, and deliverables, then send through DocuSign.

Collect product sizes, gifting selections, and payment information after signing.

Keep Google Sheets updated and hand off completed onboarding details through ClickUp.

What we’re looking for:

Excellent written English. You should be able to hold natural conversations, answer questions, and negotiate professionally.

Strong organization and attention to detail, especially with rates and contracts.

Someone who follows up consistently without needing reminders.

Comfortable using TikTok, Instagram, and Google Sheets.

Previous experience in creator outreach, influencer partnerships, sales, or onboarding is a plus.

We provide a detailed SOP, message templates, and training on our process. You should be comfortable following the process while using good judgment when a conversation needs a more personal response.
