LinkedIn Outreach Specialist

Established LinkedIn Profile Required

We are looking for additional team members to support LeBrun Advisory Group with LinkedIn outreach and appointment setting.

Your main responsibility will be to connect and communicate with professionals on LinkedIn, follow our outreach process, and help book qualified candidates for introductory calls.

What You’ll Do:

• Send LinkedIn connection requests and messages
• Follow up with prospects using provided scripts and guidelines
• Respond professionally to LinkedIn conversations
• Help move interested prospects toward booking a call
• Keep outreach activity and prospect status organized
• Coordinate with our team regarding interested or qualified leads

Important Requirement:

For this role, your own LinkedIn profile will be used for professional outreach on behalf of LeBrun Advisory Group.

We are specifically looking for applicants with an established and credible LinkedIn profile.

Ideally, your profile has:

• 500+ LinkedIn connections
• A complete work experience section
• Profile photo and professional-looking profile
• Previous posts or activity on LinkedIn
• An account that has been active for some time
• LinkedIn verification is highly preferred
• No current LinkedIn restrictions or account issues

We are not looking for newly created or fake LinkedIn profiles.

You May Be a Good Fit If You:

• Are comfortable communicating with business professionals
• Write clear and professional English
• Can follow outreach scripts while still sounding natural
• Are organized and consistent with follow-ups
• Are comfortable using your LinkedIn profile for outreach
• Have experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, appointment setting, or sales outreach

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator is a plus, but not required.
