THE JOB
You run the desk on your own. Guest messages across Airbnb, ---------- , WhatsApp and the PMS inbox. Enquiries turned into bookings. Check-in flows, door codes, and the guest locked out at 9pm. In-stay complaints — resolve what you can, escalate what you can't. Bookings, alterations, extensions, cancellations. Calendar accuracy across channels. Payments, balances, deposits. Coordinating cleaners and handymen. Logging every open issue, and a clean handover at the end of every shift.

UK property management company (Bristol, Cardiff). We need an experienced operator to run STR Operations. This is not entry level — you will be making judgement calls on your own.

SHIFT
UK: Sat & Sun 10am–8pm, Mon & Tue 8am–6pm (Wed–Fri off)
PH: Sat & Sun 5pm–3am, Mon & Tue 3pm–1am (Wed–Fri off)

Philippine times move by an hour when the UK clocks change in late October. Only apply if you can commit to these hours long term.

YOU NEED
✅ 3+ years in short-term rental / Airbnb management or property ops. Under 3 years will not be reviewed
✅ A PMS — Hostaway, Guesty, Hospitable, Lodgify or similar
✅ Confident in the Airbnb and ---------- extranets
✅ Excellent written English — you're our voice to every guest
✅ Judgement under pressure. You'll hit things no SOP covers. D ---------- and document — don't wait eight hours for a reply
✅ Reliable power, backup internet and a proper setup
