GoHighLevel Setup Specialist for Telehealth / Healthcare Practice

We are a growing telehealth mental health and metabolic wellness practice currently building out a more streamlined and automated operational system using GoHighLevel (GHL).

We are looking for someone experienced with GHL who can help organize and build a clean, professional, and efficient workflow system for patient onboarding, communication, follow-up, and operations.

This is NOT a spammy marketing funnel project. We are looking for someone who understands organization, workflows, automation, and creating a smooth patient/customer experience.

Initial Goals

• Connect and organize GoHighLevel account
• Build clean landing pages/funnels
• Set up patient intake workflows
• Integrate Stripe/payment processing
• Create CRM pipelines and stages
• Set up automations for onboarding and follow-up
• Integrate Google Workspace/calendar/email
• Organize communication workflows
• Help simplify operational systems

Ideal Experience

• Strong GoHighLevel experience
• CRM and workflow organization
• Funnel/landing page setup
• Stripe integration
• Automation setup
• Zapier experience is a plus
• Experience with healthcare, telehealth, wellness, or service businesses preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
