Sales Executive

We are looking for motivated, hungry, and professional sales closers based in the Philippines to join our growing team. You will be responsible for reaching out to small business owners across the United States (dentists, plumbers, HVAC companies, chiropractors, lawyers, roofers, etc.) and closing them on our proven TV advertising programs.This is a high-earning commission-only opportunity. We pay $1,000 USD per closed deal. Top performers easily earn the equivalent of 3–6 months of average Philippine salary or more every single month.What You Will DoSend personalized cold emails to US business owners with sample TV commercials, an introductory video, and a clear proposal.
Follow up and conduct 2–3 sales conversations (phone calls or Zoom) per prospect.
Present our TV advertising packages and close new clients.
Work closely with our US-based team to answer questions and move deals forward.
Hit weekly and monthly targets.

Compensation$1,000 USD per closed and paid deal (paid quickly after the client pays us).
No base salary – pure commission.
Unlimited earning potential – the more you close, the more you earn.
For top closers in the Philippines, this role pays significantly above local market rates.

RequirementsExcellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong sales closing ability – you must be comfortable making calls and asking for the sale.
Self-motivated and disciplined (you will be working independently).
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
Available to work 9 AM – 5 PM US Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
Previous sales experience (especially outbound or B2B) is a big advantage but not required if you have natural sales talent and hunger to succeed.
