Social Media Manager for a Health & Wellness Practice (Project-Based)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're a growing, US-based health and wellness practice looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Manager to handle our social media on a project basis, paid at a fixed monthly rate.

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE EASY TO STEP INTO
Everything is already built: a complete SOP and weekly checklist, a content calendar system, a brand voice guide, and ready-made research lists. You'll also get a walkthrough video and a training call. Your job is execution and consistency, not building from scratch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Check comments and DMs daily (including weekends), and reply within 24 hours
A daily engagement block using our existing partner lists
Post daily on all platforms, including Instagram Stories
Prepare, get approval for, and schedule posts on each platform's native scheduler
Add new verified leads each week to our outreach lists
Update a weekly performance tracker (numbers only, no deep analysis)
A short monthly report, and plan the next month's content in advance

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU
Have 1+ year of social media management experience (health, wellness, or parenting is a plus)
Are extremely detail-oriented and follow written processes exactly
Know Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, Canva, and Google Sheets
Communicate proactively and ask questions when unsure
