E-commerce Product Lister & UGC Content Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Product Lister who can create and publish high-quality product pages for our ecommerce stores.

This role is not just about uploading products. We are looking for someone who understands how to turn a product into a convincing, trustworthy and conversion-focused product page.

An important part of the role is creating realistic UGC-style testimonials for every product we list. You must therefore already have experience generating realistic testimonial content and understand how to make it feel like it genuinely came from real customers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Listing new products in our ecommerce stores
• Writing and formatting product titles
• Creating conversion-focused product descriptions
• Selecting and organising the best product images
• Making sure product pages look professional and trustworthy
• Adding the correct pricing, variants, colours and sizes
• Checking the complete product page before publishing
• Following our SOPs and product listing structure exactly
• Making sure every product page is optimised for our target audience
• Creating realistic UGC testimonials for every listed product
• Generating testimonial images that feel authentic and customer-made
• Creating different UGC scenarios instead of repeating the same type of testimonial
• Checking generated images carefully for AI mistakes before using them

The UGC testimonial part is extremely important.

We do not want generic AI-looking testimonials.

You should understand how to create realistic scenarios such as:

• A customer taking a mirror selfie while wearing the product
• Someone unboxing their order at home
• A product casually photographed on a bed or sofa
• A customer showing the product to a friend
• A natural photo taken inside an ordinary home
• A close-up product photo that looks like it was taken quickly on a phone
• Different customers using different wording, expressions and styles

The testimonials should not all look or sound the same.

You need to pay attention to details such as:

• Natural lighting
• Realistic skin texture
• Realistic hands and fingers
• Correct product details
• Correct colours
• Realistic homes and backgrounds
• Natural phone-camera framing
• Different customer personalities
• Different writing styles
• Natural use of emojis where appropriate
• Avoiding repetitive testimonial structures
• Avoiding obvious AI artefacts

You must be able to look at generated content critically.

If an image contains incorrect buttons, wrong materials, strange hands, unrealistic proportions or details that do not match the original product, you should notice this yourself and regenerate it before publishing.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Extremely detail-oriented
• Experienced with ecommerce product listing
• Experienced with AI image generation
• Experienced with realistic UGC-style testimonial creation
• Comfortable working with Shopify
• Able to write strong product copy in English
• Able to follow SOPs accurately
• Proactive when a product page can be improved
• Able to work independently
• Able to spot mistakes before a product goes live
• Focused on conversion, not just completing tasks

Previous experience is required.

You must already have experience with:

• Product listing for ecommerce stores
• Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform
• Writing product descriptions
• Working with product images
• Generating AI images
• Creating realistic UGC-style content or testimonials

This is not a role for someone who only knows how to copy information from a supplier page and paste it into Shopify.

We are looking for someone who understands that every product page needs to sell the product, build trust and look credible to the customer.
