E-commerce Product Listing VA – TikTok Product Research & 1688 Sourcing

We are looking for 3 reliable Virtual Assistants to join our e-commerce team.

Your job will be to monitor products we identify through TikTok, source them on 1688, create product images using ChatGPT/AI, and create complete product pages on our store.

HOW THE JOB WORKS

We post comments on TikTok videos to test product interest.

When one of our comments reaches 10 likes, you will need to:

Find the exact or closest matching product on 1688.

Find a suitable supplier and save the 1688 product link.

Download the supplier's product images and information.

Use ChatGPT/AI to create professional product images following our specific style.

Create the complete product page on our website:

Product title

Description

Images

Colors and variants

Sizes

Pricing

Product details

Check the final product page to make sure everything is correct before publishing.

Training and clear instructions for our workflow will be provided.

WORKING HOURS – IMPORTANT

We are hiring 3 VAs to cover 24 hours per day.

We have 3 available shifts:

Shift 1: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Shift 2: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Shift 3: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

All times are Philippine Time (PHT / GMT+8).

IMPORTANT WHEN APPLYING:

You MUST clearly state which shift you are available to work.

For example:

“I am available for Shift 2: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.”

If you are available for multiple shifts, please mention ALL the shifts you can work.

Applications that do not specify availability may not be considered.

We need someone who can consistently work the same 8-hour shift.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience with e-commerce is preferred

Shopify experience is a strong advantage

Experience with 1688 is a strong advantage

Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools

Good attention to detail

Able to follow instructions precisely

Good written English

Reliable computer and internet connection

Able to work independently

Available consistently during your selected 8-hour shift

Experience with fashion e-commerce, dropshipping, TikTok product research, Shopify or 1688 is a plus.
