Online VA – Shopify & Meta DMCA / Copyright Enforcement

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help protect our eCommerce brands from competitors and other stores copying our copyrighted content.

Your main responsibility will be identifying infringements and submitting valid copyright/DMCA reports through Shopify and Meta.

Responsibilities

• Monitor competitor stores and Meta/Facebook ads for copied content

Identify unauthorized use of our:

• Product photos

• Ad creatives

• Videos

• Landing page content

• Written copy

• Other original copyrighted assets

Submit Shopify DMCA / copyright infringement notices

Submit Meta/Facebook copyright infringement reports

Keep an organized tracker of:

Brand/store reported

Infringing URL

Original asset/source

Date submitted

Platform

Case/reference number

Current status

Follow up on reports when required

Save screenshots and evidence before submitting reports

Escalate questionable cases to us rather than submitting unsupported claims

Requirements

Strong written English

Very detail-oriented

Comfortable using Shopify, Facebook and Meta platforms

Able to follow SOPs exactly

Good Google Sheets/Docs skills

Able to research stores and advertisements independently

Reliable and responsive on Slack

Previous experience submitting Shopify, Meta, Facebook , Instagram or other DMCA/copyright reports is a major advantage.

Important

You will only submit reports where we can demonstrate ownership of the copyrighted material. Accuracy is extremely important.
