Video Editor & Virtual Assistant Job Application

Part time: 10 to 20 hours per week (Q4 could be busier)
Compensation: $5.00 USD per hour + opportunities for growth based on performance
Location: Fully remote
Time zone: EST. You'll need to be available for at least a few hours during EST business hours, Monday through Friday, to message about revisions but we can work on a set schedule together.

About me

I'm a full-time content creator and UGC creator sharing lifestyle and product content across TikTok, Facebook , YouTube, LTK, and Amazon. What you'll be doing

Editing

• Edit short-form videos in CapCut from raw clips I send you, matching the style of examples like ---------- /reel/DZ5n5yEvS3K/ and ---------- /reel/DXZli80CFQk/
• Turn around edits within 24 hours
• Make revisions quickly based on my feedback

Posting

• Post and schedule content to Facebook , YouTube, LTK, and my Amazon Influencer storefront
• Adapt captions, titles, and descriptions for each platform
• Keep track of what's been posted where

Light VA work

• Track brand deals from first conversation to final payment
• Send invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
• Send me reminders about upcoming deadlines and deliverables
• Keep files organized in Google Drive and sometimes Notion

Who I'm looking for

• Detail oriented and extremely organized
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Someone who follows directions exactly
• A self starter who doesn't need to be managed
• Someone who does well in a fast-paced environment and comes with solutions, not just questions, when something goes sideways
• Strong CapCut experience required.
• Experience posting on Facebook , YouTube, LTK, or Amazon is a huge plus, along with being very familiar with TikTok/TikTok Shop
• Someone who can stick with me long term and enjoys being on a team :)
