Real Estate Media Production Coordinator
Confidential employer
We are a growing U.S.-based real estate media company looking for an experienced part-time Virtual Assistant to help manage our post-production workflow.
This is not an entry-level VA position.
We are specifically looking for someone with prior experience in real estate media, photo/video post-production, creative production, or production coordination.
Once our photographer finishes a shoot and uploads the files, you will help move the project through editing, quality control, and final delivery.
Your main responsibility is to make sure every project is completed correctly and delivered on time.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing real estate photos through AutoHDR.
- Reviewing edited photos and selecting the strongest final images.
- Performing basic photo cleanup and quality control.
- Tracking floor plans and other property deliverables.
- Preparing video projects for our editor.
- Organizing footage, scripts, music, LUTs, fonts, and other assets.
- Tracking video edits and routine revisions.
- Reviewing completed videos against written guidelines.
- Uploading approved media into Aryeo.
- Delivering completed media to clients.
- Completing assigned tasks inside Monday.com.
- Communicating with the team through Slack.
- Handling basic post-delivery client follow-up.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has prior experience with real estate media, photography, video, or post-production.
- Has a strong visual eye.
- Pays close attention to detail.
- Communicates clearly.
- Follows written SOPs.
- Keeps files and projects organized.
- Works independently.
- Meets deadlines consistently.
- Flags problems quickly instead of guessing.
Experience with AutoHDR, Lightroom, Dropbox, Aryeo, Monday.com, Slack, or similar software is strongly preferred.
You do not need experience with every platform. We can train you on our exact workflow.
This is a part-time position to start, approximately 10–15 hours per week.
Some work may happen during U.S. evening hours or the following morning because we offer next-day photo delivery.
Hours and responsibilities may increase as the company grows.
