Social Media Specialist

Are you a creative storyteller with an eye for design and a knack for leveraging modern tools to create engaging digital content? We’re looking for a proactive Social Media Specialist to lead our client's online presence, streamline their content workflows, and elevate their brand engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design: Plan, write, and design scroll-stopping visual content, short graphics, and multimedia assets tailored for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook , Tiktok, Pinterest, and X (Twitter ).

AI-Powered Workflow: Utilize AI models (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude) to brainstorm campaign angles, write compelling copy, generate content ideas, and speed up execution.

Scheduling & Publishing: Maintain a well-organized content calendar and ensure consistent, timely posting using scheduling platforms.

Project Management & Tracking: Manage content deliverables, track progress, and collaborate on tasks using ClickUp or similar project management platforms.

Community & Performance: Monitor brand mentions, engage with comments and messages, and track key performance metrics to continuously refine content strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications
Visual Design: Hands-on experience with Canva (or similar visual design tools like Adobe Express, Figma, or Photoshop) to create high-quality social graphics quickly.

AI Tool Competency: Proven experience integrating AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude into your daily copywriting, brainstorming, or research workflow.

Content Management: Prior experience using content scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite).

Project Management Tools: Experience using ClickUp (or similar project management platforms like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com) to track tasks and workflows efficiently.

Communication: Exceptional written English and communication skills with an adaptable tone of voice.

Portfolio/Samples: Examples of recent social media content, campaigns, or designs you have created.
