Video Editor Needed for Faceless YouTube Channel (Project Bundles)

We're launching a YouTube channel about Japanese philosophy and mindful living, in a calm, cinematic style like Patina. We're looking for an editor for ongoing work in bundles of 4 videos every few weeks. This is not full-time. Strong work means more bundles or a full-time position.

You will:

Edit 8-12 minute videos from a finished script and voice over (provided)
Find your own footage and images so every sentence has a matching visual
Add music, subtle text, and transitions that fit a calm, reflective tone
Deliver within 2-3 days per video

Pay: Bundle of 4 videos for $80, plus bonuses for top performers.

Requirements: English proficiency · YouTube editing experience with narration over footage · Strong eye for pacing and mood (interest in Japan or philosophy is a plus) · Professional editing software · Replies within 24 hours · Willing to work long-term

Please share 1-2 videos you've edited (and which part you edited). Shortlisted applicants will be asked for a short edit sample.
