The work is pretty straightforward. I’ll provide the candidate lists and criteria, and you’ll help find and contact the right people on LinkedIn.

What you’ll do:

Find candidates based on the criteria I provide

Send outreach messages manually

Reply to interested candidates

Keep a simple candidate list updated

What I’m looking for:

Comfortable using LinkedIn

Good written English

Verified LinkedIn account with 70+ connections

Organized and responsive

Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required

I like people who are sharp, proactive, and can figure things out without needing every little step explained.
