Short-Form Video Editor (Reels) – Long-Term

We're looking for a short-form video editor to join our content team on a long-term basis. You'll edit vertical videos for social media every day and play a key part in how our content looks and performs.

The role

• Edit short vertical videos from raw footage
• Create strong hooks, clean pacing, well-placed on-screen text and fitting sound
• Build fresh variations of content that already performs
• Bring your own ideas and help test new formats
• Use AI tools to speed up text, captions and translation

What we're looking for

• Proven experience editing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• A sharp eye for detail, timing and visual quality
• Confident with a professional editing tool (e.g. CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere)
• Reliable, organised and comfortable with daily deadlines
• Good written English
