Project Manager/Lead Bookkeeper

Review work of bookkeeping team to confirm the work has been done correctly and accurately.
Create depreciation/amortization schedules for clients.
Be comfortable when managing multiple projects at once.
Responsible for final output of financial statements with approval process to owner.
Communicate with clients about outstanding tasks.
Understand the restaurant industry.
Knows how different POS systems work like square system works.
Communicates well and in a timely manner.
Can speak English well.
Works well managing a team.
Works well under pressure due to tax deadlines.
Has tax preparation experience in the U.S. for 1040’s and corporations.
Is good with processes and documenting them.
CPA licensed only.
Minimum of 5 years in the industry specifically for U.S. based companies.
