Full-Time Executive Assistant for an Amazon & Shopify Brand

I’m looking for a proactive and resourceful executive assistant to support my e-commerce business. Your key strength must be in managing Amazon, but you’ll also handle a variety of tasks related to product research, supplier sourcing, inventory management and customer service. If you've got experience with shopify that's a bonus!

This is a full-time, long-term position for someone who can take ownership of tasks, figure things out when needed, and work efficiently without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Amazon Ad campaigns
• Calculate breakeven ad costs for ad campaigns
• Create and optimize product listings on Amazon and Shopify
• Identify and research potential new products to sell
• Source and communicate with suppliers
• Oversee and manage inventory levels
• Coordinate shipments from our factories to 3rd party fulfillment warehouses and Amazon warehouses
• Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify
• Assist with various ad hoc e-commerce and administrative tasks

What I'm Looking For

• Proactive & problem-solving mindset – If you don’t know how to do something, you research and figure it out
• Amazon marketplace experience – Understanding of listing optimization, FBA/WFS, and product research
• Highly organized & detail-oriented – Can manage multiple tasks without missing deadlines
• Great written English – Able to communicate with suppliers and customers professionally
• You must mention 'Ecom Rockstar' in the first line of your application for your application to be considered.
• Tech-savvy & quick to learn – Comfortable using e-commerce tools, spreadsheets, and software
• Reliable & independent – Can take ownership of projects and execute them with minimal supervision
