DIRECT HIRING: FULL-TIME REAL ESTATE COLD CALLER (Start ASAP)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Real Estate Cold Caller to join our growing team full-time.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• EST Time Zone
• Full-Time Position

Compensation:

• $4/hour during probation period
• $5/hour after 1 month based on performance
• $25 bonus for every property put under contract
• $100 closing bonus

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident and energetic on the phone
• Real estate cold calling experience is a plus
• Stable internet and quiet work environment
• MUST NOT be committed to any other client or full-time job
• Reliable, coachable, and consistent

• Cold call property owners
• Follow scripts and qualify leads
• Build rapport with homeowners
• Update CRM and notes accurately
• Work closely with acquisitions team
