Finance Manager for Dropshipping Ecommerce

Finance Manager:

We run Shopify dropshipping stores and a coaching business that helps students start their own stores. We need someone to own our finances across both companies.

What you'll do:

• Update our finance sheet daily (revenue, ad spend, product costs, refunds, fees)
• Send regular reports on company results
• Spot unnecessary costs and show us where we can save
• Create and send invoices to our students, and track payments

Requirements:

• Experience in bookkeeping or finance for e-commerce, ideally dropshipping
• Strong with Google Sheets or Excel
• Very accurate and reliable with daily tasks
• Good written English
• A plus: you know tools that manage finances and invoicing for two companies in one place

Hours: about 1 hour per day, some days 2. Long-term role.
