Client Account Manager (Marketing Agency, GoHighLevel + Meta Ads) TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Full Time

Small Business Automator is a US marketing agency that builds webinar lead generation systems for mortgage loan officers. We run Meta ads, GoHighLevel funnels, and automated follow up for our clients. We are growing fast and need a sharp Account Manager to own the client relationship from onboarding to results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Be the main point of contact for 10 to 20 active clients
• Run onboarding: collect assets, logins, brand kits, and compliance info
• Lead weekly client check in calls (Zoom) and send clear recap email s
• Track every client build in ClickUp and keep tasks moving to launch on time
• QA client funnels, landing pages, automations, and calendars in GoHighLevel before launch
• Review lead flow and ad results with the team and report wins and problems to clients
• Spot unhappy clients early and fix issues before they escalate
• Keep Slack client channels and CRM notes updated daily

WHAT YOU NEED

• 2+ years as an account manager, client success manager, or project manager at a marketing agency
• Hands on GoHighLevel experience (required)
• Working knowledge of Meta (Facebook ) ads reporting
• Excellent written and spoken English, confident on video calls with US business owners
• Very organized, follows checklists and SOPs, hits deadlines without reminders
• Available during US Central Time business hours
• Reliable internet, computer, and a quiet workspace

• Experience with mortgage, real estate, or financial services clients
• ClickUp, Slack, Zoom, and Fathom experience
• Comfortable using AI tools to work faster
