Personal Creative Assistant / Digital Media Specialist

I'm looking for a highly creative, visually minded assistant to work with me long-term.

NOT LOOKING FOR AI CREATIVES. If you use AI as a tool to enhance your skills, It might be okay. I do not want someone who relies heavily on AI for their work

This is not a traditional virtual assistant or administrative role. I'm looking for someone with a strong eye for design, photography, visual culture, typography, and digital media who can help turn my ideas and references into polished creative work.

Initially, the role will focus heavily on design, photo editing, presentations, and other creative projects for my personal work. Over time, I'd like this person to become familiar with my aesthetic, interests, projects, and way of working and gradually take on more responsibility for my website, social media, writing, publications, and collaborations.

You are:
Creative and visually curious
Extremely detail-oriented
Highly organized
A strong communicator in English
Comfortable working independently
Good at taking direction but also capable of making your own decisions
Curious about culture, art, design, photography, history, and media
Comfortable receiving feedback and revising your work
Someone who takes pride in making things look excellent
Reliable and consistent
Interested in building a long-term working relationship

The long-term goal is for you to understand my creative world well enough that I can give you a general idea and you can help develop it into something finished.

This is intended to be a long-term position, not a series of one-off freelance projects.
