ABOUT THE ROLES

SaaSO.AI is looking for reliable, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented VAs to support its growing operations.

SaaSO.AI is hiring for:

1. COMMUNITY / CANVA VA

Support online communities, content, Canva graphics, events, webinars, and day-to-day community tasks.

2. VIDEO EDITING VA

Support short-form video editing, social media content, formatting, revisions, and video asset organization.

Applicants may apply for one or both positions depending on their skills and experience.

COMMUNITY / CANVA VA

Responsibilities

• Manage and support online communities
• Create and organize community content
• Maintain content calendars
• Schedule posts and announcements
• Support webinars, events, and live sessions
• Respond to community questions
• Track community tasks and deadlines
• Organize community files, assets, graphics, and videos
• Create Canva graphics for social media, communities, events, and promotions
• Edit and adapt existing Canva templates
• Follow brand guidelines
• Coordinate with other VAs and Community Managers
• Follow SOPs and checklists
• Use AI for research, content, organization, and productivity
• Support basic GoHighLevel (GHL) tasks when needed

Experience with Canva, AI tools, and GHL is helpful but not required if the applicant is willing to learn.

VIDEO EDITING VA

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos
• Cut and organize raw footage
• Add captions, subtitles, and text overlays
• Add basic transitions and audio
• Resize and format videos for different platforms
• Follow brand guidelines and templates
• Make revisions based on feedback
• Organize raw and finished video assets
• Meet deadlines and communicate blockers quickly

Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools is a plus.

7-DAY TRIAL POLICY

SaaSO.AI will begin with a 7-day trial period. During this period, SaaSO.AI will evaluate work quality, reliability, communication, ability to follow instructions, and overall performance.

Passed Trial

Meeting the required performance standards earns full pay for the 7-day trial period, and the applicant may be invited to continue with SaaSO.AI on a long-term basis.

Unpassed Trial

Failure to meet the required performance standards results in completion of the trial without payment.
