About the Role

Do you LOVE talking to people? Are you the warm, bubbly one who can turn "I'm just looking" into "Where do I sign up?" — without ever being pushy?

We're FMS Training, an award-winning Australian training provider with a 4.9-star Google rating. People from all over Australia (and the world) are asking us about our online Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety and our safety licence courses. Right now, too many of those enquiries are waiting for a call back. That's where you come in.

THE GOOD NEWS: NO COLD CALLING.
Every person you speak to has already asked us for information. Your job is to be the friendly voice that calls them back fast, understands what they need, and helps them enrol.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Call and email new enquirers within the same day
  • Ask great questions — their job, their experience, their goals
  • Explain the course, fees and payment options clearly and honestly (we give you a simple fact sheet and scripts)
  • Book people with experience in for a recognition of prior learning chat with our assessor
  • Follow up on day 2, day 5 and day 14 until they enrol or say no
  • Log every call and email in HubSpot CRM
  • Celebrate every enrolment with us (and get paid commission for it!)

YOU ARE

  • Naturally outgoing, warm and confident on the phone
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, friendly accent
  • 2+ years in phone sales, call centre (BPO) sales, enrolment advising or insurance/education sales
  • Organised — you never let a lead slip
  • Comfortable with a CRM (HubSpot experience is a big plus)

YOU HAVE

  • Fast, stable wired internet (25 Mbps or more) AND a backup (power bank, generator or mobile data)
  • A good USB headset and a quiet place to work
  • Availability 7am–11am Philippine time, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week, some flexibility)

WHAT YOU GET

  • USD 6–8 per hour (based on experience) + AUD 100 for every paid enrolment — no cap
  • Warm leads handed to you every day
  • Long-term role with a friendly, casual Australian team
  • Room to grow into more hours

HOW TO APPLY (applications missing these will not be read)
1. Record a 60-second voice message introducing yourself as if you're calling someone who asked about our course. Upload it to Google Drive or Vocaroo and paste the link.
2. Attach a screenshot of your internet speed test (speedtest.net).
3. Tell us your best sales result in one sentence (with a number).
4. Start your application with the words "SUNSHINE STATE" so we know you read this far.

We'll invite the best voices to a short role-play call, then a paid one-week trial.
