About the Role
Part-Time Social Content & Video Specialist
If you can turn a pile of ideas, a few video clips, and “can you make this look better?” into content people actually want to watch, we want you.
No Boundaries Marketing Group is looking for a part-time Social Content & Video Specialist to help with special projects, edit videos, and create graphics and infographics for our clients. If you’re comfortable in Canva, know your way around a video timeline, and can hit deadlines without drama, this could be your kind of gig.
What You Will Create
- Short videos, reels, and slideshow-style content for social media and other marketing channels
- Polished video edits with clean cuts, captions, music, and graphics that fit the message
- Infographics that turn useful information into something people can understand at a glance
- Social media graphics and promotional assets for a variety of clients
- Creative content for special projects, campaigns, and the occasional “we have an idea” assignment
- Consistent branding across everything you touch
How You Will Work
- Support our social media team with creative production and special projects
- Turn briefs, supplied copy, footage, and existing assets into finished content
- Choose formats and layouts that fit the platform, audience, and brand
- Take feedback like a pro and make thoughtful revisions
- Keep files organized so nobody has to play “find the final-final version”
- Manage your assigned projects and meet deadlines without a daily reminder parade
- Speak up when you need clarification and bring ideas when you see a better way
What You Need
- At least 2 years of experience creating social media content, designing graphics, or editing videos
- A strong portfolio with social graphics and video editing samples; infographics are a bonus
- Solid Canva skills and experience with a video editing tool such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator experience is a plus
- A good eye for layout, typography, pacing, and brand consistency
- An understanding of platform-specific dimensions, video formats, and readable on-screen text
- Good communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude
- Availability to work 20 hours per week, with some overlap during our 8 AM to 5 PM Arizona workday
What You Get
- A part-time schedule of 20 hours per week
- Starting pay of $600 USD per month
- A stable, long-term opportunity
- A supportive team and room to grow
- Creative freedom with clear direction
- Performance-based bonuses
- A variety of projects to keep your creative brain busy
Send us your portfolio, including a few videos you’ve edited and graphics you’re proud of. We want to see what you can do.
