About the Role

About the Company
Legacy CRM is a white-labeled GoHighLevel SaaS platform built for life insurance agents in the US. We serve around 50 paying agents and are actively expanding into AI-powered tools like voice agents and automated lead follow-up. You'll work directly with the founder — no layers, fast decisions, and real ownership of what you build.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain automations in ---------- (webhooks, error handling, multi-step scenarios)
Design and manage Supabase tables, auth, edge functions, and API connections
Build and troubleshoot GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, custom fields, and snapshots
Connect AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, or similar) into automations for chat, lead qualification, and follow-up
Debug broken integrations and document what you fix
Help onboard new agents by setting up their GHL sub-accounts and automations

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience with ---------- — you can share scenarios you've built
Working experience with Supabase (or at minimum Postgres + a REST API)
Real experience inside GoHighLevel, not just watching tutorials
Comfortable with APIs, JSON, and webhooks
Good written English — you'll document processes and communicate async
Self-directed: you can take a goal and figure out the steps without hand-holding

Nice to Have

Experience with AI agent tools (Vapi, Retell, n8n, or custom LLM integrations)
Basic JavaScript or Node.js
Experience with A2P/10DLC compliance or Twilio
Prior work with insurance or sales-focused businesses

Why This Role

Long-term position with a raise to $8/hour after 2 months
Direct access to the founder and real influence on the product
Opportunity to grow into a lead technical role as the company scales
Consistent, predictable work — no client-hopping
