Full-Time E-commerce Assistant (Shopify + AI Images + Facebook Ads)

We are a fast-growing e-commerce business running several online stores. We launch new products every day and need a detail-oriented assistant to run our product launch process from start to finish.

This is a long-term, full-time position for the right person.

WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY

Receive product photos from us
Generate ad images using AI tools, following our ready-made prompts
Check every image carefully and reject anything with errors (distortions, wrong colors, text mistakes, anything that looks fake)
Create product listings in Shopify using our templates
Upload the product files and make sure delivery works
Prepare Facebook ad campaigns following our structure
Update our tracking sheet and send a short end-of-day report

You will get full training, video guides, and written step-by-step instructions. Everything is already systemized. You follow the process, we make the decisions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience creating product listings in Shopify (required)
Experience using AI image tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini or similar
Basic Canva skills

Facebook Ads Manager experience is a big plus
Excellent attention to detail. This matters more than speed
Good written English
Reliable internet and computer
Full-time and dedicated to one client
