UGC Creator Sourcing & Production Manager

We’re looking for an experienced UGC Manager to help source and manage creators for Psychic Samira’s paid social ads.

You must have previous experience working as a UGC Manager, Creator Manager, or in a similar role where you were responsible for finding and hiring UGC creators.

Responsibilities

• Source UGC creators that match our scripts and target audience

• Reach out to creators and negotiate rates

• Send scripts and briefs to creators

• Manage deadlines and follow up on content

• Quality-check all submitted UGC

• Request revisions or reshoots when needed

• Hand approved content to our editing team

• Keep track of creator costs, contact details, and performance

• Build a list of reliable creators we can work with repeatedly

Requirements

• Previous experience sourcing and managing UGC creators

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple creators at once

• Good eye for high-quality, natural-looking UGC

• You will NOT be resposibile for writing any scripts, this will be the responsibility of our creative strategist who you will be working closely with.
