Ticket Fulfilment Specialist (UK & Europe)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Ticket Fulfilment Specialist to join our growing ticket brokerage business.

This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically seeking someone who has worked within the ticketing industry for at least 3 years and whose most recent role involved ticket fulfilment, ticket operations, ticket brokerage, ticket resale, or a similar ticketing-focused position.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ticket orders from purchase through to customer delivery, working across major platforms and handling high volumes of orders with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

Essential

• Minimum 3 years of ticketing industry experience
• Most recent role must have been within the ticketing industry
• Strong understanding of ticket fulfilment processes
• Experience working with platforms such as Ticketmaster, AXS, See Tickets, Eventim, Gigs & Tours, etc.
• Experience handling mobile tickets, PDF tickets, transfer tickets and delayed delivery events
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple orders simultaneously
• Fluent written and spoken English

Preferred

• Experience fulfilling UK and European events
• Experience working for a ticket broker, reseller, agency or ticketing company
• Experience managing high-value orders
• Understanding of ticket resale marketplaces such as Viagogo, StubHub and similar platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ticket orders from purchase through to customer delivery
• Monitor upcoming events and fulfilment deadlines
• Chase suppliers for tickets when required
• Resolve fulfilment issues before they impact customers
• Ensure accurate ticket delivery across multiple platforms
• Communicate with internal teams regarding order status
• Maintain fulfilment records and operational reporting
• Escalate high-risk orders and potential issues proactively

What We're Looking For

We want someone who genuinely understands ticket fulfilment and can hit the ground running.

If you need training on basic ticketing processes, this role is probably not for you.

We're looking for somebody who has already worked in a fast-paced ticketing environment, understands the pressure of event deadlines, and takes pride in ensuring customers receive the correct tickets on time.
