COLD CALLER / APPOINTMENT SETTER

COLD CALLER / APPOINTMENT SETTER – US Home-Service Contractors | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM US Central Time | Paid Probation → Full-Time

We're hiring confident cold callers to join our outbound team calling U.S. contractors (roofing, plumbing, HVAC, and other home-service businesses). Your job is to speak with business owners and book qualified appointments for our sales team. You don't need to close deals, just get the meeting.

SCHEDULE
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM US Central Time, Monday to Friday
(That's 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine time. From November, when US daylight saving ends, it becomes 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH time.)

PAY & PROBATIONARY PERIOD
Selected applicants will start with a paid probationary period at $20 per day, paid daily. You'll be working on our real dialer, real leads, and real script from day one.

If your performance is strong during the probationary period, we will offer you a full-time position with our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Make high-volume outbound calls using our dialer and lead lists (no manual dialing)
• Speak with contractor business owners and decision-makers
• Handle basic objections and book qualified appointments
• Log every call accurately at the end of each shift
• Follow our script while keeping the conversation natural

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Priority goes to applicants who have sold leads, marketing, or services to contractors, e.g. HomeAdvisor/Angi, HomeStars, Thumbtack, Yelp, Yellow Pages, Jobber, ServiceTitan, lead-gen companies, or agencies serving home-service businesses.

Strong cold callers from other industries are welcome to apply too.

REQUIREMENTS

• Clear, natural spoken English
• Cold calling / appointment setting experience
• Comfortable making a large number of calls per shift
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a good headset
• Available for the full shift, Monday to Friday
