Towing Dispatcher

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Dispatcher to join our team.

Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, dispatching drivers, coordinating towing and roadside service calls, communicating with customers and law enforcement, tracking trucks and job status, entering accurate information into our dispatch system, and assisting with daily office operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer-service skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and remain calm under pressure. Previous towing, dispatch, transportation, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
