We are an Australian brand committed to helping people move, feel and live better through footcare, compression and wellness products. We’re building a content engine across YouTube, TikTok and founder-led video that doesn’t just inform it keeps people watching. We need an editor who thinks like a creator first: someone who studies retention graphs the way most editors study transitions.
This isn’t a cut-and-trim role. You’ll take raw footage and turn it into the kind of content that grows a channel, not just fills it.
What success looks like

Twelve months in, you’re a big part of why our YouTube watch time and subscriber count are climbing quarter over quarter. Our Shorts and TikToks are a second content engine, not an afterthought. The founder trusts you to push back on a weak hook or a bloated intro, because you’ve proven you know what keeps people watching.

What you’ll do

• Edit long-form YouTube videos with strong story arcs, retention-focused pacing, and hooks built to survive the first 15 seconds
• Repurpose long-form into high-performing Shorts, Reels and TikToks, tuned to each platform
• Edit founder-led content, product education videos and customer stories
• Add motion graphics, sound design, colour grading and captions that match the brand
• Review YouTube analytics and retention graphs to sharpen the next edit, not just the last one
• Pitch thumbnail concepts, titles and content ideas in planning sessions — you execute
• 4+ years editing for YouTube, with real retention or watch-time results you can show
• Fluent in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and CapCut; DaVinci Resolve is a plus
• Strong grasp of story structure, pacing and hook-writing — not just technical cutting
• Comfortable editing short-form for TikTok, Reels and Shorts at volume without losing brand identity
• Experience with colour correction, sound design, audio cleanup and kinetic typography

Nice to have

• Experience growing a YouTube channel, not just editing for one
• Thumbnail design, photography or videography skills
• Background working with creators, influencers or founder-led brands
• An interest in health, wellness or consumer behaviour
• AI-assisted editing workflow knowledge

Compensation
PHP 40,000–60,000/month, full-time (40 hrs/week), office-based in Dumaguete.
