ROLE OVERVIEW

You will create high-converting Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and performance-driven video ads.
This is not basic editing.

Your main responsibility is to:

• Edit long-form VSLs that convert viewers into buyers
• Craft compelling hooks that capture attention immediately
• Structure videos for maximum retention and persuasion
• Apply direct-response marketing principles inside your edits
• Improve pacing, storytelling, and emotional impact
• Optimize videos based on feedback and performance

This role prioritizes conversion psychology and persuasion as much as editing skill.
We also use AI tools heavily in our workflow, so you must be comfortable using AI to improve speed and performance.

TASKS

• Edit VSLs and paid ads based on provided scripts
• Apply proven conversion frameworks in your edits
• Improve pacing, engagement, and retention
• Refine videos based on performance feedback
• Use AI tools to support research, scripting support, visuals, and efficiency
• Ensure clean audio, strong visuals, and professional finishing
• Deliver projects on time and communicate clearly

Note: Additional performance-related tasks may be assigned as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong English communication skills (C1 or above preferred)
• Strong understanding of sales psychology and persuasion
• Previous experience editing VSLs or direct-response ads
• Comfortable using AI tools (not a complete beginner)
• Ability to structure edits for conversions, not just aesthetics
• Detail-oriented with high standards
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement
• Reliable, disciplined, and performance-driven
• A computer capable of handling large video files smoothly (please include your computer specs in the application)
