Role: Outbound Sales Specialist - Remote
Salary: PHP 70,000–80,000/month depending on experience
Work Schedule: Sydney Business Hours

Clean Plumber is a growing Australian plumbing and trades business based in Sydney. We’re looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Specialist who is confident on the phone, communicates exceptionally well in English, and has a strong background in high-volume outbound calling and sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. High-Volume Outbound Calling
Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers and leads
Follow up on enquiries, quotes, bookings and missed opportunities
Engage customers professionally and build rapport quickly
Identify customer needs and confidently communicate our services
Convert outbound opportunities into booked jobs

2. Sales & Customer Engagement
Handle sales conversations from initial contact through to booking
Follow up consistently with warm and existing leads
Provide a professional and positive customer experience

Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years’ experience working for an Australian or American-based business (strongly preferred)
-Previous sales/outbound sales experience
-Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
-Comfortable working toward KPIs and sales targets
-Reliable internet connection and professional home workspace (very minimal background noise required)
-Comfortable using time-tracking software for payroll purposes

Compensation:
PHP 70,000–80,000 monthly, depending on experience
