Marketing & Sales Director

Vitechsolar is looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales Director who can help build and lead our retail and industrial sales channels.

We're looking for someone with strong experience in sales strategy, distribution channels, business development, and marketing, who can build a clear system for reaching both retail and industrial customers.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement the company's retail and industrial sales strategy
• Build and manage distribution channels for both markets
• Develop sales systems, processes, targets, and KPIs
• Identify and develop distributors, dealers, partners, and key accounts
• Build relationships with industrial/commercial clients and decision-makers
• Develop marketing strategies that directly support sales and lead generation
• Work with the team to create effective sales and marketing campaigns
• Analyze market opportunities, competitors, pricing, and customer segments
• Build and manage the sales pipeline and forecasting process
• Lead and develop the sales and marketing team
• Report sales and marketing performance directly to management
• Help establish Vitechsolar's presence and positioning in the solar/energy market

What we're looking for

• 5–10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or commercial management
• Strong experience in distribution, channel sales, B2B, industrial sales, or retail sales
• Previous experience managing sales teams, distributors, dealers, or major accounts
• Proven experience developing sales channels and go-to-market strategies
• Strong understanding of both sales and marketing
• Strong business development and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, sales forecasts, and revenue goals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to build systems and processes from the ground up
• Experience in energy, power, solar, utilities, electrical, construction, or related industries is a strong advantage

Experience with companies such as:

• ACEN Corporation / Ayala Group
• AboitizPower / Aboitiz Energy Solutions / AdventEnergy
• First Gen Energy Solutions / Lopez Group
• Corenergy / Vivant Corporation

Experience with other energy, power, utilities, electrical, industrial, or renewable-energy companies is also welcome.
