Google & Meta Ads Manager - Car Rental Lead Generation

Metro Fleet Group is seeking an experienced Digital Ads Manager to manage our Google, Facebook , and Instagram advertising for our car rental business in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities include creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, generating qualified rental leads, managing retargeting campaigns, testing audiences and creatives, monitoring ad spend, and improving cost per lead and bookings.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Google Ads and Meta Ads experience
- Proven lead-generation results
- Experience with Google Search Ads
- Experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Conversion tracking and Meta Pixel experience
- Automotive/car rental experience preferred
- Strong English communication
Proof of results is required. Applicants should provide screenshots of previous campaigns showing ad spend, leads/conversions, and cost per lead. Confidential client information may be hidden.
