Social Media Expert

Part-Time Video-First Social Media Manager

20 Hours/Week | Remote | $7 USD/Hour | Long-Term Position

We are looking for a talented, creative, dependable Video-First Social Media Manager in the Philippines to join us approximately 20 hours per week.

We are a Christian marketplace ministry serving business owners, executives, professionals and younger business leaders. Our mission is to help men connect their faith, work and relationships and become better leaders in business, family and life.

This is NOT primarily a graphic-design or administrative VA position.

Video is the priority.

What You'll Do

You will take raw videos, interviews, teachings, event footage and other content and turn them into compelling social-media content.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Edit long-form video into engaging 30–90 second short-form videos
• Identify the strongest moments without always being told which sections to use
• Create strong opening hooks that capture attention
• Add captions, titles, B-roll, music and transitions when appropriate
• Create Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn videos
• Create simple thumbnails and graphics in Canva
• Write and improve social-media captions
• Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
• Organize our video and content library
• Maintain a simple weekly content calendar
• Track views, engagement and watch performance
• Help us learn which messages and formats are working
• Look for ways AI can make our content creation faster and better

Tools

Experience with some combination of the following is preferred:

CapCut • OpusClip • Descript • Adobe Premiere • Canva • YouTube • LinkedIn • Instagram • Facebook

Experience with AI video/content tools is a big plus.

You do NOT need to know every tool. We care more about your creativity, video instincts, reliability and willingness to learn.

Hours & Compensation

Approximately 20 hours per week

Starting compensation: $7 USD/hour

We are looking for someone who can grow with us. Increased responsibility and compensation may be available as the role develops.

Final Step

We will select a small number of finalists and provide each person with the same raw video.

Finalists will be paid to create two short-form social videos from the raw footage.
