AI-Assisted B2B Outreach & Sales Assistant | Part-Time

Lovevian is a premium press-on nail brand bringing beautiful, salon-worthy nails to women in minutes.

We are hiring a part-time B2B Wholesale Sales Specialist to grow our US retail partnerships. We need someone who can find the right businesses, start meaningful conversations, and turn qualified prospects into paying wholesale customers.

Proficiency with AI tools is required.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify suitable US bridal boutiques, bridal makeup businesses, women’s boutiques, and selected beauty retailers.
• Research each business before outreach, including its customer base, positioning, price point, and fit with Lovevian.
• Find and verify relevant business contacts.
• Write personalized email s and Instagram messages that connect our products to each business’s customers and commercial needs.
• Manage follow-ups, respond to questions, handle objections, and move prospects toward their first wholesale order.
• Help interested partners choose suitable styles, shapes, and lengths using our product materials.
• Involve the founder when an opportunity requires additional support or approval.
• Keep clear records of prospects, outreach, replies, sales stages, and next steps.
• Submit a brief daily update and suggest improvements based on prospect feedback.
• Work within approved pricing and partnership terms.

AI SKILLS REQUIRED

You must actively use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools to improve prospect research, qualification, outreach, objection handling, and follow-up workflows.

You must know how to:

• Give AI clear instructions and relevant business context.
• Check research against reliable sources.
• Turn AI drafts into natural, persuasive, personalized English.
• Use AI efficiently without sacrificing accuracy or brand quality.
• Protect confidential business and customer information.

Generic AI-generated messages, invented business details, and unverified claims are not acceptable.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven outbound B2B sales experience, ideally involving physical products or wholesale partnerships.
• Experience moving prospects beyond an initial reply toward a paid order.
• Strong written English and confident communication.
• Good judgment about which businesses fit a premium beauty brand.
• Consistent follow-up habits and organized CRM or spreadsheet records.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize promising opportunities, and recommend next steps.
• Availability to overlap with US Eastern Time for prospect conversations.

Experience in beauty, fashion, bridal, or retail wholesale is a plus.

HOW WE MEASURE SUCCESS

We evaluate prospect quality, meaningful replies, qualified sales opportunities, paid first orders, and repeat orders.

Sending a large number of messages alone is not success. We value relevant outreach, consistent follow-up, and profitable customer relationships.

WORK ARRANGEMENT

• Remote, part-time.
• Approximately 15–20 hours per week.
• Hourly base pay plus sales commission, with terms agreed before starting.
• A paid two-week trial to assess research quality, communication, follow-up, and working fit.
