Sourcing Recruiter

Location: Remote, aligned with the US Eastern Time Zone

We are adding a Sourcing Recruiter to our team. We are looking for someone who loves matching great people with great careers.

This is an independent contract position based outside of the United States. The work can be done from home or remotely.

In this role, you will apply best practices in talent attraction, sourcing, interviewing, and working with clients. You will also work with some of the latest tools in recruiting technology.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute candidate sourcing campaigns using a recruiting CRM and other sourcing tools.

Source passive candidates through multiple professional and social networks and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, ---------- , Juicebox, Noon, and others.

Understand Boolean search strings so you can prompt AI tools to create effective search parameters.

Recruit for a range of mostly US-based positions, including IT, software development, analyst, project management, VP-level, director, sales, engineering, and marketing roles.

Experience and Requirements

Related work experience in recruiting, with a strong emphasis on sourcing passive candidates.

C1 English ability.
