We are seeking a qualified Remote Structural Engineer for a one-time fixed-price project to perform complete structural engineering calculations and markups for a single-family residential home in the US.
Your calculations will be reviewed and stamped by a US state-licensed Professional Engineer (PE), so flawless adherence to US code calculations is mandatory.
Key Deliverables:
Foundation design calculations (footings, slab, stem walls) per US IRC/IBC.
Gravity framing and vertical load distribution calculations.
Lateral analysis (wind and seismic load assessments, shear wall design per ASCE 7).
Complete structural calculation package ready for US PE review and city permit submission.
Requirements:
Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
Proven portfolio of US-based residential structural calculations.
Mastery of IBC, IRC, and ASCE 7 codes.
Proficiency in structural software (RISA-3D, STAAD.Pro, ETABS) or AutoCAD.
