About the Role
We are hiring a Plumbing Engineer/Designer for a one-time project to produce plumbing fixture unit calculations and riser diagrams for a single-family residential home in the US.
Key Deliverables:
Plumbing Fixture Unit (FU) calculations for water supply, drain, waste, and vent (DWV) sizing per UPC/IPC.
Gas piping load and line sizing calculations.
Preliminary riser diagrams and plumbing fixture schedules compliant with US standards.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Plumbing Engineering (or equivalent design experience).
Direct track record producing US UPC or IPC plumbing calculation sets.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit MEP.
