About the Role
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a one-time gig to perform HVAC load calculations and duct sizing for a single-family residential house in the US.
Key Deliverables:
ACCA Manual J (heating/cooling heat load calculations).
ACCA Manual S (equipment selection) and Manual D (ductwork sizing).
Mechanical equipment schedule and ventilation markups meeting US IMC/IECC standards.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience running Manual J/S/D calculations for US residential projects.
Familiarity with Wrightsoft, Elite RHVAC, AutoCAD, or Revit MEP.
